In that case its probably been deleted, as part of a cleanup of accounts by BT Business, as you need to have a BT business account to maintain it.

At the time we were assured of their continued use. Now it appears that no-one is receiving any money for these pop legacy email addresses and despite previous assurances, they are to be discontinued with no form of diverting to a new address. I'm hoping someone may be able to keep these alive. There are a large number of people in my position.
